We specialise solely on the facial region and as such we do not perform neck, décolletage or body treatments.
We do not perform one-off sessions for spot treatments such as moles, freckles, skin tags or milia.
As a specialised clinic, dr.dream dermatological tested skincare is compulsory for all clients on treatment plans.
Consultation fee will be converted into a non-attendance fee in the event of late arrival/late cancel/no show. From the date purchased, I have 1 month to book and attend my consultation. TDSC has a strict no refund policy for consultations.
Treatment time directly after the initial consultation cannot be pre-booked and is subject to availability on the day. After the consultation we can arrange another appointment for treatment if needed.
All new clients require an initial consultation prior to requesting treatments. Within 3 business days upon purchasing your Consultation, our team will be in touch via mobile to book your appointment in.
What is a Consultation?
A consultation is a one on one 30-45 minute education session between yourself and one of our highly skilled consultants. We’ll talk about your unique concerns and any health and lifestyle factors that may be compromising your skin and causing problematic dermatological conditions.
Our advanced skin analysis device is also used for all our consultations. With premium technology we can view blemishes, pigmentation, dryness and sensitivity in depth. This allows us to better understand your unique skin concerns to treat existing imperfections, and even address underlying concerns before they become visible.
Once we’ve established your unique skin type and concerns, we’ll develop a tailored treatment plan specifically for you.
