Terms and Conditions:

1. The consultation fee for both Nurse and Doctor is redeemable as store credit when I attend the consultation and it remains valid for 1 month from the date of attendance. However, in the event of late arrival/late cancel/no show the fee will be converted into a non-attendance fee.

2. From the date purchased, I have 1 month to book and attend the consultation.

3. If I would like to be booked in for a treatment right after consultation, I will need to provide an appointment deposit of $50 Nurse / $100 Doctor to secure the slot (this will be processed when our team gets in touch to book in your appointment).

4. After consultation, if I would like to be booked in for a treatment on another day, I will need to provide an appointment deposit of $50 Nurse / $100 Doctor to secure the appointment.

5. The appointment deposit is redeemable on the client's last appointment and if not redeemed remains valid for 6 months from this date.
