Please note: All new clients beginning a treatment plan will commence with Healite Therapy as their first session regardless of prior treatment history or experience. This ensures the skin is optimally prepared for the treatments and skincare to follow.

By proceeding with your consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. We specialise exclusively in treatments on the facial region. As such, we do not perform treatments to the neck, décolletage, or body.

2. We do not perform one-off sessions for spot treatments such as moles, freckles, skin tags or milia.

3. As a specialised clinic, the use of our in-clinic skincare range is mandatory for all clients on treatment plans. This is required to support treatment safety, skin integrity, and optimal clinical outcomes.

4. Consultation fees are strictly non-refundable. In the event of a late arrival, late cancellation, or non-attendance, the consultation fee will be converted into a no-show fee.

5. From the date of purchase, consultations must be booked and attended within 1 month. Expired consultations are not transferable or refundable.

6. All new clients are required to attend an initial consultation prior to commencing any treatments. Our team will contact you within 3 business days of purchase to schedule your appointment.

7. Please note that treatment cannot be guaranteed immediately following your consultation and is subject to clinical assessment and same-day availability. The only exception is the Introductory Healite Therapy add-on, which may be pre-booked immediately after your consultation. Any additional treatments, if indicated, will be scheduled as a separate appointment.

8. To ensure clinical efficiency and accuracy of assessment, your Consultation Form and clinical images must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling.
