1. Promo Period

• Valid from 1st November 2025 – 13th December 2025 only.

• Purchases must be completed and payment received within this period to qualify for the discount.

• No extensions will be granted.

2. Eligibility & Medical Screening

• The promotion is open to the general public, subject to suitability.

For online purchases:

• Clients must complete the Compounded Skincare Purchase Form (available on our website) prior to purchase.

• Each submission will be reviewed by a qualified team member to confirm product suitability before preparation.

• If the product is deemed unsuitable, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

• Clients uncertain about suitability are encouraged to book a free Dream Discovery Call prior to purchase.

For existing clients:

• Sales may be processed directly by your therapist, provided prior suitability has already been established.

3. Payment Conditions

• Full payment is required upfront at the time of purchase.

• Payments are non-refundable once the medical screening has been passed and the order is approved.

Compounded skincare discounts:

• Cannot be combined with package/membership skincare discounts (10%) or loyalty card discounts.

• Can replace the care pack discount on the compounded product only, but cannot be used together with it.

• Payments may be made via cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer, store credit or gift cards (subject to clinic policies).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is available at an additional cost (if applicable).

• The clinic is not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client once the product is handed over to the courier.

5. Product Use & Responsibility

• Clients agree to use the compounded products strictly as directed by their prescribing clinician or therapist.

The clinic accepts no liability for adverse reactions resulting from:

• Incorrect usage, storage, or application of products.

• Use outside of professional recommendations.

• Products are non-transferable and intended solely for the individual client who completed the screening.

6. Exclusions & Limitations

• The promotion applies only to the listed compounded skincare products.

The clinic reserves the right to:

• Withdraw, amend, or extend the promotion without prior notice.

• Refuse sale to clients where suitability or medical safety cannot be assured.

7. General Conditions

• By purchasing under this promotion, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

• Standard clinic policies, including our refund, privacy, and cancellation policies, apply.
