1. Promotion Period

Valid 27 April 2026 – 8 June 2026 only.

• All purchases and full payment must be completed within this period.

• No extensions will be granted.

2. Eligibility & Medical Screening

• All clients must complete a required suitability / medical screening prior to approval.

Haircare purchases:

• Products are suitable for all clients.

• No Compounded Haircare Purchase Form is required.

• Clients unsure of suitability are encouraged to book a complimentary Dream Discovery Call prior to purchase.

• Due to the compounded nature of these products, they have an approximate shelf life of six months. If multiple products are purchased, all items will be dispensed together, and the client is responsible for ensuring they are used prior to their expiration date.

Treatment purchases:

• Mandatory hair and suitability screening is required and conducted via phone by the Dream Medical Division following submission of the consultation form.

• The clinic reserves the right to decline or modify any treatment plan based on medical or aesthetic suitability.

• If treatment is not approved, a full refund will be issued.

3. Payment Conditions

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

• Payments are non-refundable once screening is completed and the purchase or treatment plan is approved.

4. Appointments & Deposits (Treatments Only)

• A refundable $50 appointment deposit is required for all complimentary consultations and at the start of treatment packages for clients without an existing deposit.

• The deposit is held in case of late arrival, late cancellation, or no-show and will be charged on the second occurrence.

• Deposits cannot be applied toward services or products.

• If a deposit is charged, a new $50 deposit is required to book future appointments.

• Deposits are refundable at the final appointment or may remain as account credit (valid for 6 months from last appointment).

5. Product & Treatment Use

• All products and treatments must be used and undertaken strictly as directed by your clinician or therapist.

• The clinic accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from misuse, incorrect storage, non-compliance, or use outside professional recommendations.

• Products and treatment packages are non-transferable and intended solely for the approved client.

6. Discounts & Exclusions

• Promotion applies only to listed products and package-based treatments.

• Treatment promotions apply to packages only, not individual sessions.

• Multiple packages may be purchased if additional sessions are required.

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, memberships, loyalty rewards, or packages.

Haircare-specific discount limitations:

• Haircare discounts cannot be combined with package or membership skincare discounts (10%) or loyalty card discounts.

• Promotional discounts may replace the Care Pack discount on hair care products (e.g., modified packs where items are swapped), but cannot be used in conjunction with it. 

7. Shipping & Delivery (Products Only)

• Shipping is available at an additional cost where applicable.

• The clinic is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client once the product is handed to the courier.

8. Expiry, Cancellations & Store Credit

• All treatment packages expire 24 months from the date of purchase.

If a treatment package is cancelled or forfeited:

• Any unused value will be converted to store credit.

• Store credit is calculated based on treatments completed at full retail price.

Store credit expiry:

• $1,500 or less: 6 months

• Above $1,500: 12 months

9. General Conditions

• Results may vary depending on individual hair type, condition, and aftercare compliance.

• Promotional purchases are not redeemable for cash or alternative services.

• The clinic reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Purchase under this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
