Let’s break down our introductory treatments, perfect for anyone new to the world of skin.

  1. Healite Therapy utilises LED light to enhance your body’s natural cellular recovery. It improves healing time, relieves pain and promotes skin rejuvenation. It is pain-free and non-invasive, best of all there is no downtime.

  2. Our Customised Peel is another really great option as it targets skin concerns including acne, congesion and texture. This treatment uses chemo-exfoliant agents completely tailored to you! 

  3. Hydro Microdermabrasion is a professional grade skin treatment that uses fine crystals to exfoliate and remove the superficial layer of dry skin cells. It addresses texture and quality and leaves the skin healthy and glowing while also encouraging cell renewal. And again, no downtime.

Follow this step by step routine for the easiest application of our signature dr.dream skincare range.

1. Cleanser

Use this in the morning and in the night with some lukewarm water. Moisten your face and then apply a small pea-sized amount to your hand and then some water. Rub together until lit becomes foamy and then massage into the skin.

2. Toner

Apply three pumps to a cotton pad and gently wipe across the skin, ensuring that you cover all areas of the face.

3. Essence

Pat the top of the bottle into the palm of your hand 8-9 times and gently rub and press Into your skin until absorbed.

4. Serum

Apply two pumps in a clean hand and gently massage until absorbed. 


5. Moisturiser

Apply a small amount to the skin. Gently massage until absorbed.

6. Sun Cream

Apply a generous amount to the skin and gently massage until absorbed. Reapply if necessary every 2-3 hours for long periods of sun exposure. 


6. Mask

Remove the mask from the packet and unfold it. Then remove the outer protective layer and smooth it over the face. Align the eyes and mouth and relax for up to 30 minutes before gently lifting it away from the face. Use the mask every 1-2 nights.

Your entire skincare routine should take no longer than 10 minutes and there is no need to wait for the skin to be completely dry for each step.
