PRE TREATMENT CARE

    • Avoid waxing, laser, electrolysis.

    • Avoid facial tattoos (including lips and eyebrows).

    • Avoid lifestyle or allergy triggers that typically impact your skin.

    • Avoid using AHAs, BHAs, Physical exfoliants, Topical steroids and Retinol.

    • Limit direct sun exposure.

    • Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.

    • Use the Dream Peptide Complex Mask daily.

    • Apply a generous amount of Advanced Treatment Toner, Pure Solution Essence and Advanced Treatment Serum prior to Mask application.

    • After removing the Mask, apply another generous amount of Advanced Treatment Serum, then finish with your moisturiser.

    • Avoid supplements that are known to increase bruising, such as Garlic, Ginkgo, Ginseng, Green tea extract, Vitamin E, Fish oil (including Omega-3 supplements), Vitamin C (in high doses), Curcumin (found in turmeric).

    • Avoid blood-thinning medications, including Aspirin and products that contain Aspirin.

    • Avoid alcohol, vaping and smoking.

      Avoid shaving, threading, plucking.

    • Drink at least 2 litres of water.

    • Wash your hair.

    • Change your pillowcase.

    • Drink at least 1 litre of water.

    • Ensure you have eaten prior.

    • Avoid excessive exercise.

    • Avoid perfume or deodorant.

    • Avoid excessive exercise.

    • Avoid Panadol or Neurofen. These can be taken post treatment if needed.

    • Arrive with hair tied back neatly.

    • Wear a loose-fitting top with a wide neck. Avoid hoodies or turtlenecks.

    • Bring an umbrella/wide brimmed hat to protect yourself when leaving the clinic.

DAY 0-7

THE DREAM FORMULA MASK

    • The mask will stay on your skin for 8-12 hours. Most clients feel only a little discomfort while it’s on, but some may feel more discomfort after it’s removed.

    • Avoid going outside, doing intense activities, or cooking to prevent sweating. If needed, prepare your meals the day before or plan for takeout on the day of the mask.

    • Facial movement will be limited, so consider using straws to drink water while wearing the mask.

    Leave the mask on for 8-12 hours. Your scheduled removal time has been sent to your mobile.

    • Minimise facial movements (avoid speaking, laughing, etc.).

    • Keep hair tied back neatly.

    • Avoid sleeping.

    • Sit upright or lie on your back.

    • Use a straw for drinking and cut food into small, bite-sized pieces.

    • Stay cool and avoid any sweating.

    • When the time is up, promptly remove the mask using warm water and the fibrellas provided.

    • If your skin feels especially sensitive, you may apply the Mesoestetic Mask immediately after removal and leave it on for 20 minutes.

    • You can only trim or pluck facial hair; all other methods like shaving, threading, waxing, laser, and electrolysis are not allowed until advised.

    • Lash extensions and lifts are also not allowed until advised.

    • Makeup application is limited as advised.

    • Avoid picking, scratching or irritating the skin.

    • Healite Therapy is advised if additional support is required.

    • Reapply your advised sun protection product(s) every 2-3 hours during the day.

    • Use the Dream Peptide Complex Mask and dr.dream Advanced Treatment Serum generously to speed up the recovery process.

    • Avoid using AHAs, BHAs, Physical exfoliants, Topical steroids and Retinol.

    • Avoid makeup until your skin has fully recovered and normalised, which may take up to 4 weeks.

    • Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.

    • Avoid waxing, laser, electrolysis.

    • Avoid facial tattoos (including lips and eyebrows).

    • Limit direct sun exposure, solariums and artificial tanning devices (incl. fake tan).

    • Avoid extremely hot showers, sauna, steam rooms, swimming and intense exercise.

Only use the advised skincare products to ensure the best possible outcome and reduce the risk of adverse reactions. The Dream Formula home-care should be followed strictly for a minimum of 12 months after the treatment.

If you have a history of fever blisters / cold sores, take antiviral medication as a precaution to prevent a potential outbreak. Please follow the instructions for the product you typically use.

THE DREAM FORMULA METHOD

  • Intense depigmentation — The Dream Formula mask has a powerful depigmenting effect due to its high concentration of active ingredients.

  • Continuous depigmentation (targeting epidermal pigmentation) — It is necessary to continue with the daily depigmentation routine to supplement the corrective action of the method and to regulate overproduction of melanin inside the melanocyte.

  • Continuous hyperpigmentation (targeting dermal pigmentation) — At this point, it is important to treat the root cause of the pigmented blemish by regulating overproduction of melanin through constant regulation of the melanocyte. This controls both intra and intercellular melanin production.

  • Controlling reappearance (maintenance) — The tendency to develop dark spots represents an ongoing risk. During the control phase, the treatment lowers the chances of reappearance of the treated spots and the formation of new ones, for a longer-lasting result.
